Coming soon, no doubt, although Bloomberg’s team has worked to improve air quality in NYC through changes such as mandating different fuel oil, and the overall US effort to improve automotive behavior, our friends in China are dealing with air quality issues that could make bottled air very appealing.

I think the remarkable bit of this photo is the car on the right must have LED headlamps (or LED trim lights,) since the streak has such distinctive looking small points. the car on the left probably has traditional lamps.
